Located between the navel and solar plexus, the Solar Plexus Energy Center is the core of our identity, personality, ego and willpower.

On the physical level, the solar plexus chakra is associated with the digestive system, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder.

Associated with a bright yellow hue, the third chakra can be translated into the perception of who we are. The energy of this chakra allows us to transform inertia into action, to confidently meet challenges and move forward in our life.

A balanced Solar Plexus chakra gives us a healthy self-esteem, a good sense of our personal power, resulting in confidence, responsibility, reliability and warmth. It gives the ability to move forward in life with confidence and power, to be proactive and make conscious choices.

A deficient or blocked 3rd chakra leads to passivity and inactivity, while an excessive 3rd chakra manifests through stress, emotional outbursts, domination or desire for power.
The main challenge for the third chakra is to use your personal power in a balanced manner.

How do we balance our Solar Plexus Chakra?

A simple exercise is to simply envision a brilliant sunflower yellow over your solar plexus chakra. Spending time outside in the sun and practicing Yoga postures such as Warrior Pose, Sun Salutations or Boat pose are very efficient too.

Practice as well affirmations such as I stand up for myself, I choose the best for myself, I express myself in a powerful way, I am free to choose in any situation, I seek opportunities for personal and spiritual growth, I choose healthy relationships, I am at peace with myself.

Last but not least, remember that you can choose to achieve your life purpose or you can live out your past experiences.
